A musical cabaret celebrating some of Broadway’s most devious characters.

Join the Creative Collective as we bring back a slice of big city piano bar life to Karratha. Come soak in the atmosphere for a night out as local artists sing their souls off. Baddies on Broadway is a musical cabaret extravaganza exploring the strong, powerful, slightly naughty, and misunderstood characters from the Broadway Cannon. No ingenues here! Featuring an abundance of local talent, this decadent musical delight will give audiences a taste of the decadent, ‘darker’ side of Broadway.

Featuring songs from characters such as Velma Kelly of Chicago, Lola of Damn Yankees and Sally Bowles of Cabaret. Encouraging audiences to dress up, enjoy a tipple and be tickled by the tunes.At this classy concert you will also see a devilish dance performance by Lea Cullen Performing Arts Dancers. The event will be is a little naughty and a lot of fun, an experience rare to Karratha and not to be missed.

“Baddies on Broadway” was performed at the Red Earth Arts Festival in Karratha in 2022 and returned for an encore at the Festival in 2023 due to popular demand.

This original work was devised, produced and preformed by an exceptionally talented cast of local women and was touted as the highlight of the Festival both years.
